How do I return an item purchased online?
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please use the prepaid return label included in your package or contact our customer service for assistance.
How should I care for my raw denim jeans?
A.P.C. raw denim is designed to age uniquely. We recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, dry clean or hand wash in cold water with a specialized denim detergent and air dry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and local payment options depending on your shipping destination.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.
