Returns & Exchanges

A.P.C. allows you to return items purchased on our website within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your customer account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Securely attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via our return portal to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at an authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt to track the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
